Hearty local favourites cooked and served on the spot: Nonya Prawn Laksa, Satay in a Cup, Roasted Chicken Rice, Mee Siam & Mee Rebus, Fresh Prata, Chinese Rojak, live Dim Sum, Popiah, Kueh Pie Tee, Mini Roti John, and Rendang with Ketupat. From $4.00 per pax.
Nostalgic bites made live: Muah Chee, Goreng Pisang, Kachang Puteh, Curry Puff, Mantou, and our Traditional Fried Snacks station. Plus a National Day Exclusive snack zipper packet with Red & White Kuih Lapis and Ondeh Ondeh, alongside an assortment of Nonya kueh, Tea Leaf Egg, and You Tiao. From $2.50 per pax.
Cool, nostalgic treats to round off the celebration: Ice Kachang, Chendol, assorted Potong Ice Cream, Mango Pomelo Sago, and traditional Tang Yuan. Durian options available. From $1.80 per pax.
Hot or cold Teh and Kopi Tarik, Soya Bean, and Grass Jelly, plus our nostalgic Air Balang station, local-style drinks served straight from classic glass dispensers in flavours like Bandung Chinchow, Asam Boi, and Air Jagung. From $2.70 per pax.

Prices are per pax unless stated otherwise. Some stations have a minimum order per flavour. If a date is fully booked, we may not be able to accept further orders.
