Picture the first ten minutes of a really good dinner party. The room warms up, someone leans in over a plate of butter chicken, and a little cup of masala chai tiramisu quietly steals the conversation. That is the feeling we chased when we built the Indian Bistro buffet: familiar spice, unexpected polish, and a table nobody wants to leave.
Why we made it different
We did not want another curry line-up. We wanted a menu that felt like a bistro you would actually choose on a night out, where Indian warmth meets Western ease.
So our chefs started pulling threads from both worlds: the comfort of roasted butter chicken, the swagger of black pepper prawns finished in curry leaf butter, the cheeky fusion of aglio olio scattered with crispy curry leaf crumbs. Every dish had to earn its place by being just a little bit surprising.

A spread that builds
It opens gently. A creamy roasted mushroom soup, or a house seafood chowder, arrives with garlic herb toast, the kind of start that makes a room go quiet for a second.
Then it climbs: a bright chickpea and couscous salad tossed with yoghurt and mint, mains with real presence, and right in the middle of it, a loaded baked potato station where guests build their own, topping by topping, while our team keeps things moving and mess-free.
When to bring out the Indian Bistro buffet
This is the menu we reach for when the occasion has a bit of shine to it. A milestone the team has been chasing all year. A client lunch where the food needs to do some of the talking. An engagement, a product launch, a thank-you spread that quietly says we went the extra mile.
At $32.90 a head, it is our most dressed-up buffet, and it carries itself like one.
The sweet, showy finish
Dessert leans playful. Masala chai tiramisu cups sit next to the classic, and a complimentary churros platter turns up with chocolate and caramel for dunking.
And because a celebration should not end at the dessert table, every Indian Bistro spread comes with our automated bubble tea bar, drinks mixed on the spot to each guest’s taste. It is the detail people photograph, and the one they are still talking about on the way home.
Halal, and handled
Like everything we do, it is fully halal, SFA-licensed and MUIS Halal certified, so one spread welcomes your whole table with nothing set aside. It comes with a floral-themed setup, service and tear-down, on a 7 working day lead time for 30 guests or more.
See the whole thing for yourself
There is more on this table than we could fit here, and honestly, it is better seen than described. Open the full Indian Bistro menu to walk through every course, from the soups to the sides to that sweet, showy finish.
