It happens quietly in offices every October. The Deepavali gifts arrive, everyone is pleased, and then one person turns their box over to read the label. They read it twice, then set it down and take it home for a neighbour instead.
No one complains. That is exactly why it goes unnoticed.
If you are choosing this year’s Deepavali gifts for a mixed Singapore team, the first question is not which design looks nicest. It is whether every person receiving one can actually open it and eat it.

Why halal certification matters more than “vegetarian”
Most Indian festive snacks are vegetarian, so it is easy to assume everyone can eat them.
Not quite. For Muslim colleagues and residents, the question is not only what is in the packet. It is where it was made, what shared the production line, and what oil was used. Vegetarian does not answer that. Certification does.
Halal Deepavali gifts in Singapore solve this at the source. We produce every Deepavali item at an SFA-licensed central kitchen under MUIS Halal certification. Each unit is labelled with the item name, best-before date and halal logo.
So when someone checks the label, they get their answer immediately, and the answer is yes. One gift, one list, no one quietly set aside.
Gifts that get used, not stored in a drawer
A lot of corporate gifting ends up in a drawer, and the packaging is admired once then binned.
Our Signature Purple and Rangoli Royale gift bags are woven and reusable for that reason. They go on to carry groceries, lunch, or the next gift. It is a small thing, but it is the difference between a gift that lasts an afternoon and one that stays useful for a year.
Deepavali gift options and prices for 2026
Different recipients call for different gifts. Here is how our range breaks down.
For large-volume gifting such as residents, block visits or full-staff distribution, the Snack Packet at $4.60 works best. One choice of Indian snack, 50 to 120 grams depending on the snack, in a 14cm by 20cm packet. Easy to carry, easy to hand out. Add a purple paper bag for $1.00 to dress it up.
For a desk drop that feels considered, choose the Snack Bottle at $5.90 or the Cookie and Tart Bottle at $9.90. The bottle format is what lifts it from giveaway to gift, and people keep the bottle afterwards.
For clients, partners and proper thank-yous, choose a gift bag. The Signature Purple Snack Bag is $10.90 and holds two snack packets. The Purple Combi Bag at $16.50 pairs one snack packet with one cookie or tart bottle, giving both savoury and sweet. The Rangoli Royale versions are $11.90 and $17.50, in a slightly grander design.
All prices are before the prevailing 9% GST.
Personalisation, add-ons and delivery
Every unit includes a complimentary “Happy Deepavali” sticker. For your own branding, personalised 5cm stickers are $0.25 per piece. You can supply 5cm circle artwork or choose one of our standard designs.
To make a gift fuller, add a Deepavali gift tag for $1.80, a Rangoli Glow scented candle for $3.00, or a sweet boondi glass bottle for $2.00.
Delivery runs 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. It is free above $450.00 and $30.00 below that. A $30.00 charge applies to restricted or CBD areas and to specific-time delivery.
Ordering through Vendors@Gov and government procurement
We accept Paynow, bank transfer and cheque, and we are on Vendors@Gov, Ariba and Sesami. Government sector clients receive a 30-day credit term. Credit card payments carry a 3% charge.
Orders under $1,000 are paid in full. Above that, a 50% deposit with the balance within three days of delivery.
We spell this out because procurement is often the real reason a good gifting plan stalls.
Trusted by government agencies and community partners
Ms Poh Li San, MP for Sembawang West SMC, has given our Deepavali snack boxes to residents during block visits for four consecutive years. The Singapore Police Force has ordered them for staff for several years, and the Singapore Armed Forces is a regular client, alongside the People’s Association, community clubs and many corporates.
These are organisations serving genuinely mixed communities, where leaving someone out is not an option.
When to order your Deepavali gifts
Deepavali gifting is usually decided later than it should be, which narrows your choices.
A comfortable timeline: confirm your headcount and format four to six weeks ahead, lock artwork for personalised stickers two to three weeks ahead, and set your delivery date with a few days of buffer.
One practical note: the cookies and tarts must be kept chilled, so plan where they will sit between delivery and handover.
