One of our biggest event to date! Changi Airport Group engaged Sofnade to cook up a feast for 6,500 guests for their 10th Anniversary at Jewel!
Our team of Chefs, Service Crew, Runners and Logistics Execs planned out this event and executed it over a course of 2 days. The kitchen was helmed by our Head Chef: Chef Mark Kew who lead the team to dish out thousands of buckets of Nasi Lemak, Dry Laksa, Fish & Chips, Broccoli Pesto Pasta, Toufu Fries, Chilli Crab Mantou, Truffle Mash Potato and many other drinks as well as desserts!
All the food were served in our signature buckets so that our client’s guests could bring back their food easily.
